Maryland Responds MRC (MD) volunteers gear up at a COVID-19 testing site.

In Federal Fiscal Year 2020 (FY20), MRC units nationwide participated in 16,584 activities, contributing roughly 820,000 volunteer service hours. These activities had significant local impact, with MRC volunteers bolstering local emergency response capabilities and serving as critical medical and public health response assets during the COVID-19 pandemic, hurricanes and tropical storms, wildfires, tornadoes, local disease outbreaks, and more.
